Hi everyone,

Long story short, I will be fostering a New Zeland that was born in the shelter and is a year and a half. Has some serious health issues and is overweight from spending her entire life in a cage. She tugged at my heart strings. I am wondering if anyone would be willing to get her from THS for me and get her to KW/Guelph area on Saturday???

She looks quite depressed.. she's lucky to be getting out of there. I hope someone can make the transport.

Aww I love her ears! She does look so sad and lonely.

A friend of mine is going to be emailing you this morning about transport Lindy - she's able to pick up Joanna from THS tonight, keep her at her place overnight and then work something out for getting her to you this weekend. :) Hurrah!

She is coming to meet me tomorrow in Woodstock!

Thanks Alice's friend!!!!! I am so excited to meet her. She's had a rough go at life and will get lots of love and exercise here. A whole room of her own to run around in. :)

:happydance: She's here! And as nervous as ever. She's so shy. I brought her home in a cat carrier and put it in the room. I got two fn's from Kayla (thanks) and set them up. She barely came out of the carrier. I didn't force her to come out, because she's had a rough couple of days. I thought I'd let her move at her own pace.

She's quite the chubby little girl, hopefully with the room to run, we'll get some of that weight off. :lol:

Its so hard to remove extra weight off an animal. It took months to remove it from my mice.
